Calls to end Guinea’s military-led transition by the end of 2024 are gaining momentum, led by the civil society coalition, Living Forces of Guinea.
On Tuesday, the coalition launched a nationwide campaign rally, urging citizens to demand a return to constitutional governance by January 1, 2025.
The campaign is drawing increasing support from activists and civil society groups who are pressing the military authority to step down and reestablish democratic rule.
As public pressure builds, the coalition is intensifying its efforts across the country, emphasizing the need for a peaceful transition back to civilian leadership.
